Nothing Says You're Driving a Tough 4x4 Better Than Losing a Wheel on the Road…

A wraparound metal bull bar…check. A safari-style snorkel kit…check. Blacked out windows…check. So, what's missing from this rough n' tough 4x4, which if we're not hugely mistaken, is an older generation Toyota Land Cruiser?

Well, you may as well forget the 4x4 part, as the driver lost one of the SUV's wheels while cruising on a...paved road! Watch a video of the incident in all its glory right after the break.

Moscow Man Tries to Drive Nissan Through a Train Crossing for Pedestrians…

Today, your daily dose of Russian madness comes courtesy of a stubborn driver of a Nissan Teana sedan (loosely related to the older generation Maxima) who for some reason was hell bent to drive over a pedestrian crossing on a train track in Moscow.

Not surprisingly, the car got stuck on the train tracks and being front wheel drive, he couldn't pedal his way out of this situation. Some by-passers quickly came out to help push the Teana back but as soon as they heard the train approaching they left him to watch the disaster that was bound to happen.

To claim that the driver and the passenger(s) of this car were lucky to escape unhurt from the series of events that took place on the icy road is the understatement of the year, but we're glad they did because they weren't to blame one bit.

Hop over the break to watch the video.

Russians Teach us How Not to Pull a Truck with Another Truck

Thanks to the prevalence of handheld filming devices, nowadays we can amuse ourselves with incidents that occur half way around the world that otherwise we would have never known happened.

Dissatisfied Nissan Customer Plows Showroom with a Suzuki Grand Vitara in Russia!

There's no doubt we've all experienced a minor meltdown moment while dealing with car repair shops at one point or another, but for some reason, one man decided to take his frustration to a whole new level when he literally destroyed an entire showroom!

It all happened this past Saturday at an official Nissan dealership in Moscow, Russia, with the entire scene being captured on film by a surveillance camera located inside the building.

We managed to find the preliminary Russian police report, which says the unnamed man left his car for repair on April 1, and came to pick it up on April 7.

"Showroom staff reported that the car is repaired, but after waiting several hours, the car owner did not see it," reads the (translated) report.

In which case, you're bound to get in a very messy situation like this crossover driver. Watch the video right past the break.

Drunken Couple Messes with the Wrong Car and Pays the Price

Excessive drinking can often lead to much more than a hangover, especially if it is something one does on a daily basis. And while most individuals will simply turn a blind eye to drunken people acting up in public, some may take matters in their own hands – literally…

After consuming large amounts of alcohol, a Russian pair took to the streets and started picking on cars and their drivers. However, they soon knocked on the wrong window and paid a very heavy-handed price from one of its passengers.

Take a look at the video right after the break.

Lada Riva Sedan Highway Spin Deserves a Chuck Norris Approved Stamp

Continuing our series of epic videos on Lada's Riva family car, here's another abnormal incident that took place on a highway in Russia.

While it doesn’t take a genius to see that the conditions of the road are unsafe and therefore one should be extra careful, especially when driving an archaic rear-wheel drive vehicle like the Riva (also known as the Nova, 2105 etc.), the person behind the wheel of the Lada doesn’t seem to care.

And of course, the inevitable happens; he (or she) loses control of the car. But the ending is not what you may think it will be. See how it plays out in the short clip that follows after the break.

The end result is that he (or she, we can't be sure) slid right over the cement median and crashed into a Peugeot 107 on the other side of the road. Bet the Peugeot driver didn't see this coming.

And if you haven't figured it out already from the dashcam-mounted camera, this accident took place in mother Russia.

Lada Owners Are Always on the Alert for a Mishap

The good thing about owning a bad thing such as a dilapidated Lada dating back to the Soviet era is that by definition, you're always on your toes to act swiftly, not if, but when something goes wrong.

And when that dreaded time comes that something bad does happens, it's always good to reenact the old Benny Hill-style sprint. Watch the video after the break and you'll see what we mean.
